China Textile Industry Association entitled Xialv town as a "Famous Town of Non-woven Fabric in China", which is the third special textile town in Shaoxing county after Lizhu town and Ma'an town being entitled as famous knitting town in China and famous man-made fiber town in China respectively. With the booming of non-woven fabric industry of Xialv town in recent years, its total investment has hit RMB 5 billion Yuan, and 7 production lines, the annual production capablity reaching 39,000 tons and annual sales volume reaching RMB 1 billion Yuan, accounting for one fifth of domestic non-woven fabric market, Xialv town has been the leading ones in water-spurt non-woven cloth field.
