Different ways of collecting

Collecting wool like a haircut or undress, shave it all with scissors, and take it off. It's called shearing.

The cashmere grows at the root of the goat's coarse hair, and when the hair is shed in the spring, the herdsmen will take it down with a special iron comb, like a comb, and become the original velvet.

Different yield

Each sheep can produce a few kilograms of wool a year, and a goat can only harvest dozens of grams of cashmere a year. Global wool production in 2017 is about 1.1 million tons, compared with about 20, 000 tons of cashmere. It can be said that cashmere has become a luxury.
