(1) Round-pressed fabric gilding: the gilding plate and the base die crown are cylindrical, and there is a linear contact between the two cylindrical rollers. The underdie crown is usually made of silicone material with moderate hardness. The gilding machine is suitable for making the whole roll of narrow rolled cloth strip gilding. The advantages are fast and high output.

(2) Flat-pressed cloth gilding: the more common bronzing machine has pneumatic bronzing machine or manual gilding machine, and the main parts are composed of two metal plates up and down. When making cloth gilding, it is generally by the top of the aluminum plate heating and downward movement. The pressure and time need to consider that gilding depends on the height of the printed pattern and the temperature the cloth can withstand. In most cases, the temperature is between 140°and 160°, the pressure is above 5kg, and the time is 10 seconds (reference value).
