Yesterday, the launching ceremony of “China Textile City Cup” China International Fashion Creation Design Competition 2013 and the press conference of China Keqiao International Textile Expo 2013 were held in Beijing. Xu Wenying, vice president of China National Textile and Apparel Council, and Zhu Jianming, member of Shaoxing county Party committee were present.

China international Fashion Creation Design Competition, cosponsored by China Fashion Designers' Association and China Textile News, has become an authoritative and advanced competition and the fashion icon leading textile and garment industry. Our County has already undertaken this contest for 5 sessions.

This year, with the theme of “Dreaming and Surpassing”, the competition requires competitors integrating more fashion dreams in their works of art, driving the surpassing of industry and idea with creation. The sponsors also invite cutting-edge designers from countries and regions of Asia, Europe and North America, which opens up the influential path of “Based on Asia, Expanding to the West”.

China Textile City Construction & Management Committee introduced the relevant information about Keqiao textile expo as follows, China Keqiao International Textiles, Fabrics & Accessories Exhibition 2013 will be held on May 6, 2013. It covers three zones such as Specially Equipped Booth Area, Exclusive Booth Area and Standard Booth Area.
