At present, environment renovation project for waterfront in Luxun Native Place has been on the way. According to the prediction, Luxun Native Place will present a brand new scene to tourists at the end of 2011.

　　Though a golden card for tourism industry in Shaoxing, the scene in the river banks of Luxun Native Place is still monotonous, when travelers can only see the greenization rather than the special sights featured with Shaoxing culture,  which can never actually display the “water tour” which is famous in the world.

　　The environment renovation project for waterfront in Luxun Native Place officially started this May. Three sections include one from Shen Family Garden to Yue culture museum, one in Luxun Native Place as well as another from Dongxianhuan to Xixianhuan. The renovated sections demand the total investment of 4 million yuan and total length of 1500 meters. Shen Family Garden to Yue Culture Museum is on the way of renovation.

　　As for details, the project will reduce the riverside into 0.6 meters to far away from water surface, and widen the footpath for travelers for a rest. It will not only bring convenience for travelers, but also for those locals to break and enjoy the cool. Luxun Native Place will be added a program of experiencing “water tour” for travelers.
