Dyeing and printing silt has long been a hard nut for dyeing and printing enterprises to crack. According to Shaoxing County Science and Technology Bureau, with the premium of 3 million yuan, Shaoxing county has invited “experts” all over China to contribute their good plans to deal with dyeing and printing silt.

　　“It is urgent for us to improve the textile industry cluster in Shaoxing county and accelerate the transformation and upgrade.” Mr. Lou Gangqiang, chief of Shaoxing County Science and Technology Bureau, said that two key scientific and technological projects including development and application of a whole set of innoxious and resource dyeing and printing silt and research, development and demonstration of automatic control system of dyeing and printing equipments, both of which are the key technologies with common features for upgrading dyeing and printing industry in Shaoxing county.

　　For Shaoxing county, dyeing and printing industry is the traditional advantageous industry, which plays an important role in economy development, while it also brings tremendous pressure for environment, especially the problem about how to deal with dyeing and printing silt. According to the insiders, there are 6-7 tons silt in per 10,000 tons of polluted dyeing and print water. How to deal with them? There are two defects for land fill disposal, i.e. land resource wasting and secondary pollution. Therefore, it has been the bottleneck for the development of dyeing and printing industry. With the increasing of labor cost, it is urgent for dyeing and printing enterprises to pursue the automatic control system of dyeing and printing equipment.

　　As for details, the project for bidding inviting of Shaoxing county has exceeded the territorial scope restrictions. Any bidder in China from institutes of higher learning, scientific research institutions or enterprises with good plans are accessible for the bidding. 3 million yuan will be awarded as a special fund by Shaoxing county, and the 2 million yuan for the first item and the 1 million yuan for latter.
