“Through the training for two terms, I have acquired many e-commerce skills, it facilitates me greatly in online business operation. I do wish to extend my sincere gratitude to the government for establishing such a fantastic platform.” Mr. Zhang Jinhua, from Hu’nan province, an individual business operator in the Union Market, thinks highly of the Quality Improvement Project of Individual Business Operators in China Textile City in the closing ceremony of the 7th Training Session.

　　The Quality Improvement Project of Individual Business Operators,  co-hosted by Shaoxing County Education and Sport Bureau, and China Textile City Construction and Management Committee, implemented both in China Textile City and Qianqing Raw Material Market since 2008, has presented 10 training sessions on fabric analysis, English for export trade, e-commerce, foreign trade documents etc. Over 7000 students have been trained freely in three years including dozens of foreign businessmen.

　　To improve the training quality, Shaoxing County Education and Sports Bureau set up a highly qualified academic team consisting of professional teachers from Shaoxing County Vocational Education Center and experts in professional fields. The free training is implemented twice a week providing teaching materials with the latest and most practical information.

　　Mr. Li Qiang, a businessman from Hubei province in Dongsheng Road Market, is totally a green hand in fabric. After two month’s training of textile analysis, he acquired much professional knowledge which leads his business on a booming way.
