Ⅴ. Exhibition Area Arrangement:

     With a total area of 31,000 square meters, themain exhibition area has about 1200 standard booths (3Mx 3M) covering three zones as follows:

     Zone A :  Special Booth Area of Textile Products (clothes & home textiles fabrics, accessories, finished goods of home textiles), about 400 standard booths.

      Zone B : Standard Booth Areaof Textile Products (clothes & home textiles fabrics,accessories), about 500 standard booths.

      Zone C : Textile Machinery Area(outside the exhibition hall), about 300 standard booths.

Branch exhibition areas: China Textile City Traditional Market Zone, China Textile City International Trade Zone, China Textile City Apparel, Accessories & Home Textile Market, China Textile City Textile Raw Materials Market.

Ⅵ． Ways of Getting the “Visitor Badge”:

1. Complete the visitor registration form online (www.ctcte.com), and you will receive the acknowledgement of receipt in your e-mailbox after being confirmed by the organizing committee. In addition, you will also receive the “Visitor Badge” in advance by mail ,ifyou haven’t received it, please provide your business card and the acknowledgement of receipt at the pre-register counter on site, then you can get the badge and enter the exhibition hall for visit.

2. Fill in the registration form in the invitation and then fax it to the organizing committee, you will gain the “Visitor Badge” in advance by mail after being confirmed by organizing committee. If you haven’t received it, please provide your business card at the pre-register counter on site, and then you can get the badge and enter the exhibition hall for visit.(The expiry date of the above two items: October 15, 2010)

3. Please fill in the visitor registration form on site (It’s no need to fill in the form if you provide business card). After being confirmed by the organizing committee, you can get the “Visitor Badge” and then go into the exhibition hall for visit.

●The overseas buyers applying for the Expo before 15th  October will enjoy free accommodation after being confirmed by theorganizing committee.

Shaoxing County is located in the south side of the Yangtze River Delta, more than 20 kilometers away from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport to the west, 150 kilometers away from Ningbo Beilun Port to the east and 230 kilometers away from Shanghai Pudong International Airport to the north. Shaoxing County is the biggest Textile Industry Hub in China which has nearly 10,000 textile manufacturing enterprises, 50,000 advanced shuttleless looms and first-rate technical equipments in the world. About 2 million tons of various kinds of chemical fiber, 6 billion meters of chemical fabrics, 16 billion meters of printing & dyeing cloth and 300 million pieces (sets) of costume are produced here every year.  The textile industry has basically formed a complete industry chain from PTA to weaving, home textile and costume. It becomes the largest textile industry group base with large volume of production and obvious industry group advantage in China.

 China Textile City is located at Keqiao, Shaoxing County; it is a textile distributing center of the largest scale which operates the most various kinds of textile products in China. In addition, it is the largest textile professional market in Asia, and the biggest trade center around the world. It has basically formed five (south, north, centre, west and east) distinctive textile trade platforms at present, i.e. Traditional Trade Zone in the south part, International Trade Zone in the middle part, Market Innovation Zone in the north part, Textile Raw Materials Trade Zone in the west part and Logistics Supporting Zone in the east part. China Textile City covers a market area of almost 3.2 million square meters at present. China Textile City has more than 20,000 business rooms and 20,000 operators. It makes transactions for more than 40,000 kinds of fabrics; the daily customer flow is over 100,000 person- times. There are over 5,000 overseas permanent purchasers and nearly 1000 permanent overseas representative agencies. Goods here are sold to 187 countries and regions, a quarter of global chemical fabrics are transacted here. At present, it has also established business relations with nearly half of national textile enterprises. Therefore, China Textile City has achieved the annual market turnover up to RMB100 billion Yuan.

China Keqiao International Textile Expo has become one of the professional pageants with largest scale, greatest influence and highest level of specialization, internationalization and informationization in China by 10 years’ brand development. And it enjoys extremely high popularity and good reputation in the textile industry, it is “new navigation mark “in this filed. China Keqiao Textile Expo 2009 (Autumn) has made exciting achievement. According to Exhibition’s Access Control System, there are 23,998 registered professional purchasers during four days of exhibition period, including 5820 overseas buyers. This expo achieved the turnover of RMB4.436 billion Yuan, therefore it is a more efficient and more influential textile pageant with larger scale. Following the principle of “Internationalization, Brand, specialization”, 2010 China Keqiao International Textile Expo must be an important international event in exhibitions of textile fabrics and accessories in 2010 with the help of the unique advantage of Shaoxing County( the hometown of textile) and the strong platform of China Textile City( an international textile manufacturing center and trading center).

China Textile City International Convention & Exhibition Center (CTCICEC) is a super modern exhibition center with multifunction of hosting exhibitions and conventions, business activities, catering and recreation. CTCICEC occupies an area of 118,000 square meters and a total construction area of 110,000 square meters. It consists of Phase Ⅰ Main Exhibition Hall, Phase Ⅱ Comprehensive Exhibition Hall, and Phase Ⅱ Catering Center.

Phase Ⅰ Main Exhibition Hall of CTCICEC covers an area of 46,194 square meters that can hold nearly 1,000 standard exhibition booths and it will put into use in March, 2009. Following the design concept of “Exhibition City in Brocade Box”, Main Exhibition Hall is a high-tech intelligentized and modern professional exhibition hall that combines modern architecture & decoration art and service facilities; therefore, it can meet the demands of different large activities. The construction area of Phase Ⅱ will reach 78,947 square meters ,after the completion of which CTCICEC will become one of the largest exhibition venues in Zhejiang Province.

Located at China Textile City, Keqiao, CTCICEC instinctively has industrial advantage with tremendous markets and businessmen. It also enjoys convenient transportation because of only 20km away from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, 230km away from Shanghai Pudong International Airport, and 150km away from Ningbo Port. After the completion of Hangzhou Bay Shaoxing Bridge, it will only take one and a half hours to get to Shanghai. CTCICEC is next to the Jinkeqiao Avenue (the main road of the county) on the east, and connects Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway to the north . It only takes five minutes to get to 104 National Highway. Surrounded with dozens of hotels including nearly 30 star-rated hotels with sufficient reception capacity, it has obvious advantage of supporting facilities as well.
