Textile Product Detection Center of Textile Technology Center passed the authentication of CNAS a few days ago, and be the state level detection center, from that on, the textile product detection report from it is approved in 46 countries and regions including USA, Britain etc.. It is helpful not only in offering convenience in the international trade for the textile enterprises, but also in guiding enterprises to breakthrough trade barrier and improving the competitiveness in the market. Because it is not difficult to go in textile industry, and the core of competitiveness is innovative capability, Shaoxing county pays much attention to building innovative platform of textile industry to support the innovation of enterprise. For example, Zhejiang Province Modern Textile Technology and Equipment Innovative Service Platform in Shaoxing county builds the workshop of international fashion textile trend and intellectual property rights protection center, accelerates the building of laboratory of mixed filature and medium experiment of spinning, in addition, the program of development and industrialization of memory shape polymer textile product cooperated with Hongkong Polytechnic University has been ranked into provincial key ones. Taking the technological upgrade of textile machinery industry as key point, the setting up of State Torch Program Zhejiang Province Shaoxing County Textile Equipment Special Industry Design and Manufacture Base has been begun completely. At present, development program has been applied to Ministry of Science and Technology by Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Department. While, Shaoxing County also encourages enterprises to build high level technological R&D centers, detection centers, state key laboratories and attacks a key problem of the common technology in textile industry. Three provincial high technological R&D Centers are established, at present, there are 13 provincial high-tech textile R&D centers in Shaoxing county.
