Shaoxing county has organized industrial programs join trials for three times. 29 programs with the total investment of RMB 4.21 billion Yuan have been ratified, which accounts for 69.1% in the total programs passing through join trial this first half year, and the total investment accounting for 75.1%. The upgrading of the enterprises has been accelerated in Shaoxing county. 29 industrial programs have passed through join trial since July, among which 12 new industrial programs, with the total investment of RMB 3.51 billion Yuan accounting for 83.4% in the total investment this year, including mechanical equipment, metal materials, hardware and automobile fittings, agricultural product processing etc.. There are 17 upgrading textile programs, with the investment of RMB 0.7 billion Yuan, accounting for 16.6% of the total investment of all programs this half year. Programs of natural annual resolving 60,000 rejected automobiles with the investment of RMB 0.28 billion Yuan and metal material program with the investment of RMB 0.8 billion Yuan passed through the join trial.
