Shaoxing county carried out the "Quality Improvement Project" in China Textile City which will offer various training courses including business English, E-commerce, originality and design for various kinds of persons working in China Textile City such as businessmen, and persons concerning service and production. All who work in China Textile City including foreign businessmen in Keqiao, the ages between 20-45 years old, are allowed to enjoy free training as long as he is eager to learn and promises to observe the study discipline. The following training courses as business English, E-commerce, originality and design, textile analysis, foreign trade documents, and modern Chinese will be put on for the first period. It is temporarily decided to arrange for two terms this fall. Any student can choose other courses when completing one. The implementation of "Quality Improvement Project" will definitely accelerate the adjustment of development means of China Textile City, strengthen the “soft strength” of the competitiveness of market to ensure Shaoxing county to join the global competition at a higher level and on a larger scale. Shaoxing Education Bureau will accelerate the development of individual’s lifelong study, lifelong education system and study style organization in Shaoxing county, and ensure to meet the diversified needs of all of the social members. After the trainings this fall, two-season training of spring and fall sessions will be carried out next year. All the training fees will be offered by government since the students are even free in using the books.
