Stipulation of Charges Concerning Enterprises Ceased or Exempted Temporarily was issued by Shaoxing County government a few days ago, in which all the charges concerning enterprises will be ceased or exempted temporarily in the purpose of alleviating the burden of enterprises. According to the Stipulation, the enterprises and institutions registered in Shaoxing county, privately or individually-owned, can enjoy the policies of temporarily ceased or exempted charges. The details of clearing the charges are as follows: 74 items are temporarily ceased among which 58 of administrative charges, 13 of institution charges and 1 service charge, 1 membership charge and 1 fund charge. In addition, 13 items are exempted among which 4 of administrative charges, 3 of institution charges and 6 of service charges. As is required in the Stipulation, each level of finance division shall carry out the principle of "exempting, deducting or postponing as much as possible" in the means of "temporary pause levying, financial subsidy or governmental payment". During the implementation of enterprise charges clearance, it shall be ensured to reduce the burden of the enterprises, to improve the service efficiency from government, and to build Shaoxing county into one of the counties (cities) with the fewest charges and development costs.
