Traditional non-woven fabrics is one-off product, biological decomposable washing nonwoven fabrics from Xinzhongtian Holding Group is able to decompose by itself after the disusing and is unpolluted to the environment. It has been followed by the famous international enterprises, such as Kimberly-clark, Johnson, and it has applied for the national innovative patent. It has been the golden road for enterprises of Shaoxing county to improve the technology of products by patent and develop by adjusting themselves in a tough condition. According to Technology Bureau of Shaoxing county, the applying patents from Shaoxing county reach 1,573, the average amount 8, among which national patent 1,507, innovative patents 9, practical new patents 61, the patent authorizing and patent applying number have been ranked as the first one and third one respectively in counties (cities and districts)in Zhejiang province. Confronted with the difficulties and pressures presently, innovative capability of enterprises of Shaoxing county played an important role. Xinzhongtian Holding Group increased the research input in recent three years and the total applying patents have reached 1,100 among which the innovative patents are 28 and authorized patents 721. Aiming at the high energy consumption of some dyeing and printing equipments, Yongtong Textile Dyeing and Printing Enterprise innovated the "protecting equipment to heat conducting oilstove" and "reaction pot with unique heating up and cooling off equipment" which have won the national authorized patents, and have got the effective energy saving and discharge reducing result. Shaoxing county came out a series of reward policies to encourage enterprises to increase the input in innovation and actively apply for patent. Shaoxing Technology Bureau introduced the first patent agency this April--Hangzhou Tianqin Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd to serve for enterprises, and cooperated with Zhejiang Province Institute of Modern Textile Industry to establish the "protection center of intellectual property" and offered the agency services including patent, trademark, copyright, software of computer while, Shaoxing county organized various special training classes and actively offered the services for enterprises, like going to towns (streets),development zones to work on the spot.
