The sweater uses the suture method to connect the collar, sleeve, front and rear body, button, pocket and other auxiliary materials, some of them are modified with wet finishing method and embroidery method, so that the clothes have certain style and characteristics. The general process of ready-made clothing is as follows: sewing patchwork and semi-finished product inspection.
Garment process requirements
1.Seam requirements
The stitch of the sweater should have a corresponding stretch and strength, except for the pocket, with a elongation rate of 130%. The stitches must in principle be the same as the cardigan raw materials, the color and the yarn density, and the combed yarn should be used for the seams and machine seams of carding products, flat seams, envelopes, etc. The bottom line must not be too high twist, soft, elastic, smooth and strong enough.
2.Fleece requirements
The shrinkage is a wet finishing process, which makes use of the characteristics of the animal fiber, which makes the fiber expand and soften after the wet and heat soaking. Under the action of friction, it shows short velvet, full handle and improved appearance. It is used in carding products such as cashmere sweater, rabbit sweater, wool sweater and so on. The combed products can also be cleaned and wetted at room temperature for a short time to improve the appearance.
The additives, temperature, bath ratio, time and other parameters should be used properly, otherwise, if the shrinkage is excessive, it will make the batch products felt and irreparable. In the process of shrinkage, the degree of shrinkage should be checked in midway to compare the standard sample of flannelette to prevent excessive shrinkage.
3.Iron setting
The purpose of ironing is to shape the product, maintain style features, smooth appearance, comfortable handle. When ironing, the woolen sweater is set up with a pattern to the quasi-sufficient specification. The setting temperature of the sweater is generally 120 ℃ ~ 180 ℃, and the operation prevents "hot yellow, aurora". In the process of ironing, the sweater should be ventilated to speed up cooling and reduce humidity.
In recent years, more and more steaming machines (flattening machines) have been used for shaping, which is made up of automatic lifting hot plates and fixed bottom hot plates. The setting time (spray steam time and residence time) is between 4 s and 30 s. Its efficiency is much higher than manual ironing.
