Recently, many leaders of Meishu village, Keyan quarter are busy preparing for the construction of a community for migrant workers which will start in mid August and will be completed in June 2012.

　　This is one of ten key projects in Keyan quarter this year, undertaken by Meishu Village Economic Cooperation. The community is located in the east of Dongsan Road, Lunan village, Keyan quarter, with an occupying area of 9507m2, and planned floor space of 13,900 m2, with various apartment types from 40-60 m2 accessible for 600 people.

　　With a total investment of 27 million yuan, according to the proposal, the community for migrant workers will have 7 buildings of 5 storeys, with complete property management, entertainment and commercial facilities, as well as multi-functions for migrant workers.

　　The apartments will be wholesalely rent by enterprises at lower prices than market price. Some SME bosses in Lunan industry zone think highly of the community for migrant workers. With the background of lacking of labor force, the community will improve the living environment of migrant workers and promote the social harmony as well as building a stable staff team.
