“Online Textile City”, signed a contract with Google, the biggest search engine in the world on May 7, and officially started with the global investment attraction. Up till now, some textile enterprises in Shaoxing county and trading companies in China Textile City have acquired the first batch of membership.

　　Online Textile City is a textile oriented one-stop e-commerce platform, integrating textile trade, industry information, online transaction, community communication, public information service and so on. At present, Online Textile City has established cooperation with Microsoft, Transportation Bank, and Google to improve the e-commerce performance.

　　Over a hundred textile enterprises and individual operators signed contracts acquired the membership, and more than a thousand organizations have registered online. Person in charge of RGB Dyeing and Printing said, Online Textile City is a platform supported by Shaoxing county government to promote the development of e-commerce of textile products.

　　The volume of business transaction of retail industry e-commerce realized 0.186 billion yuan in 2009 and 0.253 billion yuan in 2010, with  the increase of 70%. Google is the biggest research engine in the world. According to the insider, it is high time for the development of global e-commerce, based on the mature logistic network and sufficient capital flow in China.

　　Online Textile City will be officially put into use on June 28 and realize the overall covering of China Textile City at the end of 2011, when textile product businessmen can enjoy one-stop services including browsing samples, purchasing, palavering, placing orders online.
