After the cold winter, spring comes. After the unprecedented economy winter, the entrepreneurs’ confidence has been in the process of recovery. According to Shaoxing County Statistic Bureau, the confidence index of 200 entrepreneurs of Shaoxing County examined has been raised to 108.91 with the increase of 38.69 this quarter, and enterprise prosperity confidence index to 120.87 with the increase of 19.76.

　　 Being influenced by international financial crisis, confidence index of entrepreneurs of Shaoxing County has dropped quickly, even to the lowest point in the fourth quarter of 2008, which is the lowest one since Shaoxing County began to examine the confidence index of entrepreneurs in the fourth quarter of 2007. With the implementation of China inputting 4 trillion Yuan to stimulate the economy, the whole world has come up with policies hand in hand to tackle the financial crisis. However, Shaoxing County actively carried out the policies of “the year of stimulating”, “the year of opening up markets”, and “the year of serving enterprises”, which all makes entrepreneurs enjoy a much better economic development for the next stage.

　　 The investigation of Shaoxing County Statistic Bureau has been proved in every economic development platforms. Binhai Industrial Zone held a forum of entrepreneurs a few days ago, from which our reporter knew 58 enterprises have the disposition of upgrading and transition with the total investment of 2 billion Yuan. At present, 4 industrial projects in Lizhu town with the investment of 0.1 billion Yuan have passed joint trial, eight projects on the way of discussion. Growing enterprises of Yangxunqiao town have the stable passion, 25 projects on the way of discussion, among which 14 projects have been in the process of construction,  and 11 projects in the process of registration. In the first season, the total amount of investment in Shaoxing County was 3.156 billion Yuan with a little decrease compared with that last year.

　　 Another index coming along with the entrepreneur confidence is the enterprise prosperity confidence. In February 2009, the sections of the enterprise production confidence and marketing confidence within Keqiao Textile Index are 995.03 and 1020.68 with the increases of  7.18% and 0.21% respectively.
