Power load and discharge capacity are the two index reflecting production condition of industrial enterprises. According to Keqiao Power Supply Subbureau and Shaoxing County Water Co., Ltd, industrial electricity and daily polluted water discharge has been kept in high loaded process. For example, the power load kept as 950,000 kilowatt and daily polluted water discharge hit 550,000 tons, both of which hit the highest this year. It means the industrial enterprises have walked into high loaded process.

　　 Influenced by international crisis, the power load and polluted water discharge dropped on a large amount in the fourth quarter of 2008, namely 703,600 kilowatt and 460,000 tons respectively. After the New Year, both central government and local governments at various levels came up with various reward policies, which brings new development opportunities and generally promotes operation rate into a high loaded process. 

　　 Keqiao Power Supply Subbureau of Shaoxing Electricity Bureau shoulder the responsibility of supplying the power to six towns and four streets including Binhai, Keqiao Development Zone where represents the most developed districts of industries. The power load has been increased generally from 800,000 kilowatt to 950,000 kilowatt at present since the early of 2009. On March 13th, the power load even reached 996,000 kilowatt, with an increase of 5%.

　　 According to Shaoxing Water Co., Ltd, the polluted water collection ratio of industrial enterprises of Shaoxing County has reached 100%, among which 95% polluted water are from dyeing and printing enterprises. The flow of polluted water into pipes of enterprises in Shaoxing County has increased rapidly since the second half of Feburary. The present polluted water discharge has increased about 10% than that in the fourth quarter of 2008, and it has hit the highest of last year, all of which means the production condition has been on a healthy way of better and in higher loaded process.
