Recently, experts from Zhejiang province Safe Production Institute and Zhejiang province Safe Production Inspection and Management Bureau inspected and examined the safe production conditions in Jiecaifang Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd, the subsidiary of Tiansheng Group, in the purpose of revising safe production standards in printing and dyeing enterprise. The safe production standard will show up at the end of this year, and it will be the first provincial safe production standard in printing and dyeing enterprises in China. 　　 Besides Jiecaifang, Shaoxing Zhiren Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd and Zhejiang Yichuang Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd are the pilot enterprises to carry out the safe production standard as well. 　　 As the region with large number of printing and dyeing enterprises, there are almost 200 printing and dyeing enterprises in Shaoxing county, and there is even a jargon “Printing and dyeing industry in Shaoxing is the representative in China”. According to concerned person in Shaoxing County Safe Production Inspection and Management Bureau, printing and dyeing enterprises have been the accident black spot in recent years which are caused by many reasons, such as, unclear worker responsibility of safe production, non-effective on-site inspection and management, confused safe production management, unpractical training for managers and staff in safe production… therefore it is necessary to set up the safe production standard in printing and dyeing enterprises. 　　 Based on the reality in printing and dyeing enterprises in Shaoxing County, the standard will be carried out in a few enterprises this year, and it will be used in more enterprises next year including all the ones in Shaoxing County and in Zhejiang province. 　　 Experts from Zhejiang province Safe Production Institute said, the formulation and implementation of “The Standard” is the pioneer for printing and dyeing industry in China. It makes the production of printing and dyeing more standard, and based on four categories including safety basis management, equipments and facilities, dyeing and chemical materials management and work environment and occupational hazards and 50 classifications. “The Standard” is carried out step by step in the purpose of reducing the accidents, which has great significance for printing and dyeing enterprises. 　　 Mr. Qian Lijun, Vice GM of Jiecaifang Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd, said, “the standardized safe production is the guarantee for safe production and management, beneficial to the sustained and steady development, effective for the safety of the staff, and the requirement in accordance with modern enterprise management.
