Zhejiang Tianlong Digital Dyeing and Printing Co., Ltd invested USD 80 million dollars to establish Tianlong (Vietnam ) Incorporated which has been sanctioned by State Development and Reform Commission and reported to Ministry of Commerce. It is the biggest overseas investment project from Shaoxing. Confronted with the tougher and tougher environment and international trade barriers, Tianlong eyed to overseas and decided to build a production base abroad. After several research, Tianlong decided to build Tianlong (Vietnam) Incorporated in the state level development zone of Vietnam--Yuexiang Industrial Zone of Pingyang province. With the occupy area of 155 mou, 3,000 shuttleless looms are introduced and it is planned to produce 0.35 billion meters manmade fibre fabrics annually. At present, the project has been in the stage of geological exploration and applying for business licenses.
