2009 CHINA KEQIAO INTERNATIONAL TEXTILE EXPO

China Keqiao International Textile Expo is a professional textile fair substantially supported by the Ministry of Commerce and approved by the State Council. With the strongest support of Shaoxing County ( the largest national textile industry base) and China Textile City( the largest global professional textile market), it has become one of the best professional textile fairs in China. On October 25-28, 2008 China Keqiao International Textile Expo covered an exhibition area of 30,000m² with 1,123 standard booths. The number of registered professional purchasers reached 20,455 during the four days’ exhibition period, among which 4,246 were overseas professional purchasers from over 90 countries and regions such as the United States, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Japan and South Korea .The trade volume of the Expo reached RMB3.942 billion Yuan.

1. Expenses for Overseas Exhibitors

      Standard Booth: USD1200.00/booth (3m x 3m)

             Raw Space for Special Equipment: USD120.00/m²    (36 m² or above)

2. Facilities for Each Booth

Three-side boards, lintel board in both Chinese and English, 1 desk, 2 folding chairs,

2 fluorescent lights are provided for each standard booth.

Raw Space Booth should be designed and made by exhibitors themselves.

Notes: 1.  The booth for raw space should be rented at least 36m2.

2.  An extra charge of 10% will be added for standard booths opened in two sides.

Ⅳ. Preferential Terms

1.Preferential Terms for Standard Booth:

●Booth confirmed and paid before July 20, you can enjoy 10% discount.

●Booth confirmed and paid before August 10, you can enjoy 5% discount.

2.Preferential Terms for Raw Space Booth:

●Booth confirmed and paid before July 20, you can enjoy 20% discount.

●Booth confirmed and paid before August 10, you can enjoy 10% discount.

●Fortune Global 500 Companies are entitled to exhibit free of charge.

●Those exhibitors who have won “The Best Exhibition Booth of China Keqiao Textile Expo Awards” can enjoy 10% discount and those who have won “The excellent Exhibition Booth of China Keqiao Textile Expo Awards” can enjoy 5% discount.

●Those exhibitors who have attended the expo for 3 sessions can enjoy 5% discount.

Notes: Those exhibitors who are in line with several above preferential terms can be accumulated rewarded. (Companies, not including Fortune Global 500 Companies,  can enjoy at most 40% discount)
