Ten tons of slurry was changed to be one ton of odourless powder after the pre-treatment and rolling equipment. Changing the wet slurry to be the combustible coal is due to the adoption of the technical process that is drying the dirty slurry and burning it. The person in charge of the environmental protection in Shaoxing County Luye Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., Sun Mingyao spoke highly of the technical process as he took the dried slurry on his hand: The technology not only solved the tough problem caused by piles of dirty slurry, but also burned the dried slurry as the coal. It can reduce the cost dramatically but only cost more than 500000 yuan. The dirty slurry always troubled "Luye Printing and Dyeing", the same to all printing and dyeing companies of our county. The daily volume of printing and dyeing wastewater was about 7000 tons. After the pre-treatment, 5 tons of slurry (water ratio: about 80% )remained. How to tackle with it? Meng Baoquan, the head of "Luye Printing and Dyeing", heard that Shaoxing Municipal Zhonghuan Renewable Energy Development Co., Ltd. got good effect by using the steam drying equipment provided by "Sanyuan Heavy Industry", so he put forward the idea on using the oil boiler of printing and dyeing enterprise to dry the printing and dyeing slurry to Sanyuan Heavy Industry which was located in Paojiang. Luckily, that company also realized the large potential market. Therefore, the two parties started to work together. After striving to breakthrough the technical problems for about a half of the year, in early March, the first heat conduct dirty slurry drying equipment operated in "Luye Printing and Dyeing". In the workshop, the report saw the dirty slurry becoming small back particles after the drying process. It looked like coal powder when pinching it. Sun Mingyao told to the reporter, the water ratio of this dried slurry was only about 30%, it can be used as the coal. According to the test result, one ton of such kind of slurry can produce the heat about 2000 k, equivalent to that 1/3 ton of coal produced. Moreover, the heat loss of oil boiler can be supplemented by the heat produced by the dried slurry, so that a heat supply circle is formed. Besides, the concentration of COD in printing and dyeing wastewater can be reduced from the original 1400mg/L to 750mg/L, saving the cost of the sewage significantly. |
