Q. Once in foreign country, how can I get in touch with your fair?
A. Our staff will pick up you at the Shanghai or HangzhouAirport when you arrive in China. Please inform us of your Flight Info (airline, flight number, time and date, etc.) ASAP so that we know when to expect you.
Q. Is there any transportation from the airport to Shaoxing fairs?
A. Complimentary Shuttle bus for all pre-registered visitors will run from Shanghai or Hangzhou airport to Shaoxing. Shuttle bus service will be provided from 9:30 am to 18:00 pm on 19th (Oct) and 20th (Oct) in airport；Contact Shaoxing fairs welcome desk in the airport arrival hall.
Q. Is any other fair event happened in this period?
A. The time of Shaoxing Expro is arranged between the spare time of The 102nd China import and export Fair in Guangzhou(Oct 15th to 20th, 2007) and Shanghai International Textiles Expo 2007(Oct 29th to Nov 1st, 2007)
Q. Can I contact with the manufacturers before the trip?
A. Yes. Buyers should describe what you are looking for in the Registration.Our professional matching staff will strictly select qualified suppliers and email the matched supplier list to you. You can check the supplier list and contact with them.
Q. What kind of samples or documents should I bring with me to make the trip more productive?
A. We strongly encourage each buyer to bring his/her product samples. It couldn’t be better if you can provide us with sample pictures before the trip, so that your matched manufacturers could prepare the counter samples in advance for your examination in the purchase meeting.
